During a quick and simple health screening, we will test your cholesterol profile and blood sugar levels. We will also check for insulin resistance using an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT), which will give us a "Kraft Curve" reading, named after the pioneering medical doctor and pathologist Dr. Joseph Kraft.
