Taylormade Performance and rehabilitation teaches Modified Pilates following The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). This method combines traditional Pilates with the most current research into spinal stability. It breaks the exercises down into clearly defined levels to produce a gradual progression of load and control. Using this framework of exercises, we operate in the knowledge that our practices are up to date, safe and effective ensuring the most appropriate outcome for every client. This may be performance related, muscle toning, rehabilitation, posture or just to be able to move more efficiently and free of pain and stiffness. Whatever the objective our program has a proven track record of success.
At Taylormade you can practice Pilates at a level and intensity that suits you. You will first receive a 1-1 induction which introduces you to our way of teaching Pilates and ensures that the service you get is individually tailored to meet your requirements and aspirations. We can then discuss whether you would be best suited to a small class or individual Pilates sessions. Our classes only ever have a maximum of 6 members per group. They are carried out in our Barn Door Studio in Fenny Bridges, which is a warm and private environment.
Our aim is to create an environment to assist you to make the most out of your training and lifestyle. As an active member of our Pilates community you will have access to the Physiotec app. This will enable you to continue your Pilates training at home between sessions or simply just to catch up on missed sessions.

"I have been doing pilates for nearly a year. I now feel good about myself and it gives me space to just do this. My posture has improved and I find myself adjusting my position throughout the day. I like the way Claire is hands on with our class giving us all her attention to help us be in the right place. She treats us all as individuals."
