The use of the Athlete Monitoring App will support guidance for optimal training, nutritional input and stress management offering you feedback on the impact of the interventions. These interventions include facilities such as planning and coaching of physical training programmes, advice and sign posting to meditation and nutrition apps, advice on fatigue management and healthy weight maintenance along with other health matters. Together these tools will provide you with renewed method and practice that will better serve your body and brain for the rest of your life.
